“Let this same attitude and purpose and mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 2:5)
 
COMMENT: I wear glasses and many of you do likewise. The lenses are shaped to change the way the eyes see things. If I don’t wear them, I’d have problems reading, driving and even seeing faces clearly. We Christians are like people who need glasses. If our focus is not right, we can’t see anyone the way God wants us to see them. If we have the wrong attitude, it’s like wearing the wrong pair of glasses. We might think of the mind of Christ as the spiritual spectacles we need to have Jesus’ attitude of love for others. . . unconditionally!
